Step 3: Wait for confirmation from Dr Barreto in the form of a text or email from the electronic medical record.

***Important*** Your appointment cannot be confirmed unless the Intake Forms have been completed. Please note that Dr. Barreto does not routinely prescribe controlled substances for chronic pain or mental health disorders aside from ADHD.
